The main road is called Via Gallia, to remember one of the most famous famely that lived in the Castle, and built what is today known as the Townhall.  This palace is called Palazzo Ducale and it is rich of decoration and frescoes. In the Palazzo Ducale  there is a well know and nice theatre, where during the good season it is possible to see comedies or shows. Nowdays in the townhall there is a rich collection of musical instruments coming from all over the world collected by a famous professor of Alvito, and given to the town.
